I had previously logged this topic incorrectly, stating that the problem only affected some of our users. It actually affects all users now. A displacement report printed correctly a few days ago now results in the same problem.

* The printing error you can see, by clicking on the links below, only occur when users print the Displacement report. All others seem to print fine.

* The problem started when we swapped our Canon printers for Richo's.

* Notice that Caesar is generating the page numbers, turning a 2 page report into a 4 page. So Caesar has to be involved in the problem somehow.

* Page 2 & 4 of this example are partial copies of Page 1 & 3.

* This happens on more than 1 Richo printer in the building (same models). However all are using the same driver.

* Have uninstalled & reinstalled Caesar II V5. No change.
