Our company recently changed our printers from Canon to Richo's.

Prior to this, printing reports was fine. We changed all our printers to the same models & print drivers for all users in the building.

* This problem only affects 1 report (displacement report) and only affects users on 1 floor.
* Users on the affected floor can print other reports just fine
* Users on floor below can print the displacement report just fine, to the exact same model printer using exact same print driver

The glitch ----
The displacement report should be, for example, a 2 page document. The "glitch" is Page 1 prints correct, then Page 2 is a copy of Page 1, except the text is cut off on each line after about 5cm in from the left side of the page. The remainder of the page is blank.

Page 3 will then be fine, and Page 4 is a repeat....5cm of text is printed down the left side of the page. So a 2 Page document becomes 4 pages. Caesar II will number each page seperately, so its not just the printer spitting out extra pages. The pages appear to be generated by Caesar.

If the report is printed to an Adobe PDF document, this works fine and the document can be printed normally.

Its a bizzare issue, considering it only affects the displacement report, and only affects users connected to 2 printers.

Any ideas?
