Happy new Year smile

Back to work and out IT being busy during the break managed to uninstall AutoCAD I have set for Equipment module. Trying to re-set profiles, but AutoCAD is ignorant to this ... no CadWork Equipment commands run. I am able to load menu, but not Application. Manual APPLOAD of CADWorxEquipment.arx comes with following message: Cannot find a dll or other file that it needs. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Are you running Equipment on BricsCAD or AutoCAD ? Also are you running equipment inside of Plant ?

It sounds like a support path issue, the easiest is to create a new equipment profile from teh setup.exe in the install folder.

It's an AutoCAD. I have tried to re-create Equipment profile, it's not loading though. There's no menu or palette loading.

Is it just the palette and menu that is not loading ? Try LOADMENUEQUIP

The ARX is not loading. Its strange as usually the setup profile will resolve issues like this. Once launched, verify that the support file search path is correct :

C:\CADWorx 20xx\Equipment\Support

Sorted, but only by uninstalling and re-installing the whole CadWorx suite.
