We getting the error message when we launching Caesar, the detail of the message is "The CPU time/date stamp is earlier than the last access time of the ESL device. This is usually caused by in incorrect boot date.". We are currently using the network license, and we already try to update the license code again given by Coade but however it still doesn't fixed the problem. Please help.

The ESL "reauthorization codes" change the "last usage date" on the key once. The codes will not work again.

If you're running Version 4.50, download the "hot fix" from November 2006 from this website to avoid this issue (caused by someone running an unpatched version of 4.50). If you're running Version 5.00, download the 070122 build to avoid this issue (caused by someone running an unpatched version of 5.00).

We are using 4.5 final build and 5.0 now. And I have checked with the download page and I couldn't find the patches for 4.5 anymore on the website. Could you provide me the url link. Thanks.

Go to the CAESAR II download page, and scroll it all the way to the bottom. The hot fix I mentioned is the bottom file.

Thank you Richard.
I think we need some time to monitor the programme. Hopefully the latest patches will help us to clear the problem away.

Yes, the patch must be applied to all installations of (that version of) CAESAR II.
