This is not a question but some comments:
- Caesar has 2 stress ISO systems. Both are good for specific tasks.
- I know that there are engineers who do not like making drawings. I recommend some changes into this.
- ISOGEN based stress ISO are brilliant. The system has some issues COADE needs to fix. I understand they are busy with this.
- I have used the ISOs for:
* checking models (mistakes found in all of them. Some really serious. In the future I personally will not sign off any calcs if no stress ISO given.)
* give DRWG to site to check model against what is built (Site people can read drawings but cannot run around with computer)
* prepare inspection DRWG (to include tests done/to be done, modifications...)
* part of reports to ID nodes, lines etc
* ID/record level measuring points
* use as mark up DRWG for inspections, mods etc (PDF, layer control, note/redline capability in Adobe Acrobat Reader)
* impress customer
*...

ISOGEN based stress ISO has improved our quality and has given up to 90% cost savings on some major tasks.

For those who have not used the stress ISO: Start learning now.
