Mr. Rich Ay:

Any wisdom on which versions of Vista will run with CAESAR II program, or which won't?

No "wisdom" at this time. We really won't know until Vista gets used by ordinary people. However, just to complicate things, our buddys in Redmont (Microsoft) are releasing 4 different editions of Vista . Check out this link:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getready/editions/default.mspx

Common sense would tell everyone to implement either the Business Edition or the Ultimate Edition. Who knows what won't work right in the Home edtions? The link above does not have a very elaborate comparison grid - only 10 items.

And if you follow the link above, you'll find two more editions of Vista, namely Enterprise and Starter. So that is a total of six flavors of Windows Vista.

Enterprise will likely be ok.

Starter sounds like something you should stay very far away from.

John,

Correct comment. I have nearly 30 pieces of my own software to update and check. That is 6 * 30 plus installations plus... :-( I think I will be on a boot hill before I have completed the task.
