Two questions about attributes

In I-Configure my project attributes tab is blank. Is this standard, e.g. disabled for CAESAR users? It looks like access to this tab is required to get user attribute system to work.

Owerview style has at metric position 820/59.94 and 820/55.7 text "DRG" and "1 OF 3". These are not DFAttributes. Where are they coming from?
