Where can I find out the commonly used terms in Offshore fields?.

Hi,
We have a very old book in our library. The name of the book is "An A-Z of Offshore Oil and Gas", the author is Harry Whitehead and the publisher is "Kogan Page". The address of the publisher is not given in the book. This book in our library is atleast 20 years old. I am not aware if there are any reprints of this book.
