No, what I mean is that there are mistakes in Addendum 4. For example, take a look at E.6.2.2.3 (bottom left hand side of page E-14), the equation in US Customary units. The equation in the Code reads:
FC = 106 * ts / D
This is incorrect, it should be:
FC = 10**6 * ts / D
The "6" should be an exponent. This is evident by (a) looking at the prior Addendum, and (b) by noting the sentence preceeding the equations (which uses 10**6).
Also note in this same Code section, the second form of the equation for FC, the term under the "radical sign" should only be "G * H", not "G*H<0.5Fty".
There are also paragraphs that reference non-existant figures, and other non-existant paragraphs.
