Hi,
I have a 3D Model of an equipment from Vendor. I want to convert it to an equipment and assign to connections accordingly.
In Plant 3D there is the option: "use solid block to convert to Equipment", and assigning all the connections.
Is there a similar solution in Cadworx Equipment?

Not in Equipment but in Plant there is a Command called ENGENERIC.

This allows you to assign nozzles data / points where needed.

Thank you for the quick reply, but this is not what i was looking for.
When i receive form a vendor the 3D equipment model, i want to be able to specify the connections (type/rating/size etc.) in this model, like when i build an equipment from zero. Afterwards, when xrefing the model, i will be able to connect automatically and having the correct information in the ISO.

Open your vendor model in CADWorx Plant, then you will need to run the ENGENERIC command to insert a data-driven nozzle for each nozzle in the model.

After you xref that model in with your piping, you will be able to use the vendor graphics for clashing and the ENGENERIC nozzles to route pipe.
