This is the first time a new release is available and no info about this is posted. Is like a secret or so.
Therefore no one is talking about this version. At least not here.

Hexagon hosted a webinar on the new release of CAESAR II (Version 13) on September 27th. The announcements were on LinkedIn and email to those who have signed up to receive emails. You are correct, an announcement should have been posted here also.
