Good Evening/Morning

The ASCE wind specifications says that we have to apply wind loads for all Structures 33 Feets above the Ground.

Does "Ground" mean the Sea Level? if this is true, do i have to Set the Global Coordinates of the first node of my Model to the Grade elevation of the plant.
Please clarify..

thanks for the help

I don't think ASCE says that. The 33ft value is the reference elevation of the basic wind speed. The actual wind pressure on your item is adjusted from there, based on your items elevation.
