I am trying to open "FEA Translation" to access 31J.
And I am getting following error message. Please note that we do not have FEA license and let me know how to resolve the same.

This is a silly question, but I have to ask anyway. Did you install FEATools? This is an option in the installer package, before CAESAR II installs.
