Please tell me that is there any specific care should be taken care in case of using IS 875. When we put the values in wind code as per IS 875 without selecting gust response factor, the pc gets hangged nad the error appears is:

"The computation of the Gust Response factor G is not required
because the height to diameter ratio is less than 5 and the
natural frequency is greater than 1.0 hertz, or the user may
have opted not to use the Gust Factor at all."

But actually that column is of combination of 2300 to 3500 dia and the height is of 36300 mm nearly then why this error is ocuuring even though gust is not selected.

Please help me to come out of this problem.
