When running GBOM the long desc. is not coming over. Works fine when we ISOout or batchout.

Have tried a few different things. It seems to just repeat the size. over.

Running 2019 and 2020 neither work

GBOM is an unknown command for my installation. Is this a CADWorx command or one of those addon/productivity modules ?

If you do a CONVERTFROMPRJDATA from these components ? Do you get a better result ?

long description comes in as pipe/fitting size 10 8 6 etc.

Crazy thing is, if I run Total BOM in cadworx 2017 it works fine.
I have all hotfixes installed etc.

Sounds like the problem is with the BOM Setup. Have you configured this ? It changed between 2017 and 2018 if not mistaken.
