I will appreciate if you can answer my question.
According to UG-23(d), allowable stress can be increased 1.2Sa when we combine earthquake or wind load with other loads.
But in the result of combination load of PVelite, the 1.2 factor has been implied just for wind load + other loads.
What happened to the Earthquake load + other loads?
