For service pack downloads, you may go to
https://smartsupport1.intergraph.com/ and select I am a new User and fill out the form. You will be contacted with login credentials or the CRM group requesting more information. Once you get the credentials, login in, go to View Downloads->Select Product (CAESAR II)->Accept Legal Notice->Click Service Packs and Fixes->Select Current Service Packs and Hot Fixes->download CAESAR II 2019 Service Pack 2 (CAESARII_2019_SP2_Setup.zip).
If you are using Intergraph Smart Licensing (ISL), download CAESAR II 2019 Service Pack 3 (CAESARII_2019_SP3_Setup.zip). This includes all previous service pack updates. However, please note that this service pack will work only with ISL. If you have not upgraded to ISL, do NOT install this service pack.
If your issue is not resolved after installing service pack update, please file a support case. For filing support cases, you may go to
https://smartcommunity.hexagonppm.com/ and select I am a new User and fill out the form. You will be contacted with login credentials or the CRM group requesting more information. Once you get the credentials, login in, select Cases->Support Case Creation and follow the prompts for filing .
Alternatively, you may just email your regional support and ask for help. They will get you a support case filed and help you get access to Smart Community. Based on your location the email would be info.india.ppm@hexagon.com
