I am using the CAESAR II version 2019 and analyzing my system as per the ASME B31.3 code. While reviewing my results I observed for some of the component code stress is much lower than bending stress.

kindly share your views if the same is experienced by you and how this been rectified.

I guess Bending Stress Results are written based on SIF values and NOT based on SSI adjusted values.
Your report includes Occasional stresses, which are calculated using SSI factors to multiply bending stresses.
However, the bending stress contribution to longitudinal Code stress (SL) is calculated correctly, and Code stress compliance results are correct.

Thanks for your response. I just read through the user manual and understood CAESAR II uses the greater value of 0.75 x SIF or 1.0 if not defiend by the user. To simplyfy and understand the results I manually defined SSI & SIF as 1 and got comparable results now.

Its a releif as SIFs are used for fatigue related load cases thus my overall results is unaffected.
