From personal experience I know that CADWorx slows down quite considerably when connected live to an Access database, especially when you have multiple users. Can any of you share your experiences with CADWorx 2019 and connected live to sql database. Do you have same performance issues as connecting to access database?

2019 was bad with SQL until SP2, I think. There was some issue upon initial release, so we never fully implemented it with all our users. 2018 was ok with multiple users so we stay with that. 2020 is still to be determined, haven't received it yet.
In general with the SQL vs Access, the SQL will always perform better.
