i have few doubts regarding rack loading.

1) How Anchor load for a rack is calculated at the initial phases of
project (With out analysis)? What are the normal guidelines assumed?

2) is there any thump rule to calculate small bore pipe load with out
analysis?

please suggest me any reference materials for rack loading.

Use engineering judgement to determine a "worst case" line and actually analyze that one line, and pass those loads to other support locations.
