Structure 2019 - I have a structure that is rotated 28 degrees I am trying to use view boxes on. The view box only creates it on UCS World. When I try to rotate the view box to 28 degrees it just reshapes. Am I missing something or you cannot do a view box off world grid.

VIEWBox does not work on rotated components.
Take a look at VIEWWorx you can rotate your views with it.

Yeah that is one of the limitations with Viewbox.

What you can do is align the UCS then use the PLAN command to view perpendicular to the Z Axis. You can then 3D Clip and then save this view.
