I experienced an error VISUAL FORTRAN SEVERE (29) opening some .FLG files from the flange leakage/stress calculator of CaesarII (all versions), thinking after installation of version 2019.

After many tests, simply we have found that the problem is that the folder where the files are contained have "only read" attribute...

I want to report to other users that changing the properties of the folder to normal ... the issue is solved.
