Hi,

A number of users are having issues with CAESAR II 2018 on Windows 10.

1. When running "Batch Run" on a large model, it appears to take a lot longer to run the analysis on files than it did before the upgrade to Windows 10

2. Once the analysis is complete, and I navigate to "Options" > "Return to Input", then "View Static Results" - CAESAR II crashes

3. The issues appear to be more prominent on Laptops since the Windows 10 update.

is this a known issue?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The system only seems to crash from trying to view the results from the open graphics screen

Do you have an older version of CAESAR you can open it in? It'd be difficult for me to say, personally, since I have 2017 and 2019, but not 2018.

I have 2017 - however I don't believe the files are backward compatible.

Aaron,

1) Please make sure you are running the latest Service Pack for Version 10.
2) If this doesn't resolve the issue, please file an SR on Smart Support.

You may go to https://smartsupport1.intergraph.com/ and select I am a new User and fill out the form. You will be contacted with login credentials or the CRM group requesting more information. Once you get the credentials, login in and select File a SR and follow the prompts.

Alternatively, you may just email in the your regional support and ask for help. They will get you a Service Request filed and help you get access to Smart Support. Based on your location the email would be ppm-info-uk@intergraph.com
