Esteemed experts,
if I select "Uniform loads in G's" in "Special execution options", in "Classic piping input / Uniform loads" there are v-marks on "G's" but Caesar II 2019 makes calculation considering force per unit length of pipe because in "List input / Uniform loads" there are not v-marks on the fields "G's1", "G's2", etc.

If I select above mentioned fields, it seems to work fine.

Had You note the same issue?
Thanks.
Best regards.

Alessio

Yes, I just checked and I have the same issue. It seems like if you change it from "Special Execution", the checkbox next to each U vector got changed, but it's not actually effective. You actually have to manually uncheck and recheck the box for the vector.

Perhaps it's time to remove the option from Special Execution Parameters dialog? From my recollection, it made sense before because all three U vectors had to use the same unit.

Thanks.
I made another check, i.e. I imported a file from CII 2018 SP2 HF1 and it works fine because in "List input / Uniform Loads" there are v-marks on the "G's" fields.

But the issue returns if I disable and then engage uniform loads.
Best regards.

Please file an SR on this issue. The problem appears to be with the User Interface on the spreadsheet grid (not the LIST). The grid was changed in v.11 to accommodate the expansion from 3 to 9 uniform load vectors. There appears to be something wrong with the data exchange with that checkbox. (In earlier versions this checkbox was not part of the grid.)
