May I have your idea?
We will review the calculation at the time of the project with 30,60,90% model review?
And what kind of review should we review? Is the native file form CAESAR II or is report.

Reports are usually coming late in the project as important is to solve the problems and less important is to have the paper. Some companies have at 30% preliminary stress analysis for the most critical lines, while at 6o% start to perform the stress analysis for all lines subject to stress calculations with the aim to have all completed (finalized) at 90 %. Yet this depend on the organization/company/client/contract.

As Dan said, it just depends.

Aside from doing early stage models, it's important to be cognizant of the pressure/temperatures of your piping and plan flexibility into the preliminary pipe routing. As long as you have enough clearance for pipe movement, you can modify support types and that sort thing as required during the analysis.

The last thing you want to do is layout the building/equipment with a terrible pipe layout because "the analysis will fix it" and then have to move major equipment or other items based on the new pipe routing.
