How can i set the max pressure for a PN16 flange inside the flange check analysis module? the "flange class" let to choose only 150, 300,... but not PN16.

Hi there

In the flange check box > read from file > Select EN1092 dropdowns. You will find PN16.

Thank you

Hi Vermaccio

In the external flange anlysis module, the stress calculation methods are based on ASME VIII Div1 App.2 and the ANSI B16.5 tables.

I would leave the flange class blank and type 0 for the flange grade as the module only has ANSI 16.5 ratings in-built to compare, but we know the pressure rating limits of the PN16 flange to compare the results of the module calculation ourselves.

Thank you
Best Regards
Ryan Martin
