can anyone tell me how to load the new structure in my cadworx plant instance? having a separate program for steel is a real PITA for us pipers.

Hi, you have to open acad.rx file and add the CADWorxStructure.arx then, add the support folder path inside AutoCAD/BricsCAD options. But, remember that this operation will invoke 2 seats

I just upgraded from 2014 to 2019, and am noticing there are no steel placement pallets anymore in Plant. They used to be combined with the HVAC commands. Did I miss installing something are is placing steel no longer available using Plant 2019?

As of 2018 all steel is separated from Plant into Structure.

Thanks, and adding the steel arx to get both Plant and Steel menus open when going into Plant takes 2 licenses? I just want to be sure when I tell the users no.

I could be wrong, but this only applies to SPLM licensing method.

Yes I am sure about this.

I know we only have 1 license, and I use CadWorx Plant Pro, and CadWorx Structure at the same time, multiple times a day. Use only 1 HASP lock too, but the installs came on 2 different discs - if that helps.

I had structure load into plant working great. I installed cloudworx and BAM, no more structure ribbon. I can load it in the cui but it WILL NOT pop up in my ribbon panel. Can someone PLEASE inform me of how to get this back? My acad.rx file is the same, my options setting are the same. I mean literally nothing else has changed.

Check the Support path folders and from the appload menu check to see if the structure.arx is loaded.
