Our client ask us to add load cases to select max stress from expansion cases.
However after I did that all stress in expansion cases are save except the load case which select the max stress.
I understand that max stress load case select the max stress from all load cases in each node so the result should be save as my other cases select from them are save.

Thank you for your reply I did some modification to keep the stress within allowable in max case but you can easily notice that the stress in this case is much higher than other cases.
I notice that it take the lowest allowable stress at higher temperature and compare it with the maximum calculated stresses.
That is at node 10 lower allowable stress at case L 20 and maximum stress at L 21
