If I am undertanding this correctly you are missing a gasket dimension in picture 2 ? Stuff like this is very difficult to troubleshoot without having access to the model files/isogen style.

yes the gasket symbol disappears when i have a tapped orifice flange.

Looking at the picture, I am almost 100% sure thats not an orifice flange SKEY. ORF taps are on the flange and not on the neck for Isogen, if you examine the FOWN SKEY in symbols editor you will see the tap points are placed differently.

Again, its difficult to troubleshoot without your model/isogen files. Seems to work ok on my end.

Edit : Yes I know the style could do with some cleanup...

Ah nice catch on the FLWN vs FOWN. that fixed the location of the tap but it didnt fix the gaskets issue. i can gladly send you the model and isogen files but i know you are a busy guy lol i dont want to be bothersome.
