I think you mean a horizontal vessel supported on saddles, where one saddle is shorter than the other, causing the vessel to depart from the true horizontal position. If that is the case, it is possible to design two different saddles - having two different heights.

Yes, but the 3D model on your screen will be horizontal, but, one saddle will be shorter than the other.
