Recently I(and my colleagues) encounter somewhat odd problem with CAESAR II 2017 version.
Program does not show the static output 3 out of 4 whenever I click the batch run.
It does show incore solver, piping element generator etc. but after all of this, program stuck with main menu as the uploaded image. I tohught the input file was corrupted, but new file caused same proble.

The other version of CAESAR II do not have same problem, when I open the input file with CAESAR II 2018, I can see the output result.

Anyone experienced same problem? My CAESAR II build is 170726, hotfix2 installed.

Can you file an SR on Smart Support?

We had this issue with an Antivirus Software but, it didn't really seem to matter what version of CAESAR II it was. The temporary fix was to Uninstall the Antivirus. Simply, adding CAESAR II to exceptions or turning off did not fix it.

Since then, the Antivirus software had an update that fixed the Hang up.

It is solved.

As Magliolo said, Company's security program block the CAESAR II for no reason.
We contacted the SW vendor, and got patched.
