marc plaisted Member Registered: 08/14/01 Posts: 6 Loc: maine	In section VIII div 1,UW16,f,3, a 3/4" full coupling inserted into a vessel wall per figure uw-16.2 (k) can be welded with a single fillet, on the outside only. This joint passes all the requirement asked for by section VIII div 1, UW16,f. After loading the information, I get an error showing the weld failed because there isn't a groove weld. Please check you have the latest version of the programme (dated August 2003). This may be your problem. We have fixed this problem, and the latest version once installed should solve it. The latest version (PVElite 5.0, or CodeCalc 6.5) can be downloaded from our website.
