When we are applying nozzle flexible in API 650 and select D1 and when we do error check the displacement is automatically updated in older versions like 2014 but the displacement is not updating in 2017.can any one sort out this issue.

This is a bug in Version 9.0 (2017). This is corrected in Version 10.00 (2018).

In one of the projects, client is asking to use CAESAR-II 2017 version. So, can we have any Hot-fix sort of thing so that this bug can be solved.?

You can apply the displacement manually (once your Error Check and obtain the values). There will be no additional updates to CAESAR II 2017.
