Hello,
I have "CAESAR-II 2013 R1" standalone. Earlier this version was nicely working with Windows 8.0 pro OS. Now i have new PC with window 10 pro.
I have tried to install "CAESAR-II 2013 R1" on Window 10 pro. But it is not detecting the hardware lock.
It displays below error message.

" Error when starting the hardlock service with parameters 111812751. This is an internal error. For assistance, contact your administrator or the software manufacturer.
Error code: 485 703 1275"

Can anybody suggest the solution?

You need to update the HASP driver, the one that shipped with CAESAR II 2013 is out of date and will not work on Windows 10. You should be able to find the latest driver on Smart Support.
