Hello Stressers
I have a question becasue from version 9 of caesar we can use a creep load CRP.
According EN 13480 we should add a SUS and 1/3 EXP as Scalar and this is creep load.

I hope that CII do this becasue we cannot add in load case editor a value 0.33EXP.

But my question is how CII calculate a Temperature when the creep is started ???
From comparision of Minimum proof strength Rp0,2 at elevated temperature for the maximum T and value of from Annex A - Creep rupture strength values of semi product code like EN 10216-2 ??

Or maybe CII used a different method ?

Thanks for help !!

The problem with decimal multipliers in the Load Case Editor was corrected in a Hot Fix for Version 8.00. This problem should not exist in v.9.00.

With regards to Creep evaluation, please refer to the section in the User's Guide for this. In v.9.00 it starts on page 933.

Hi Adrian,

You can try reading "Coade ME News" Aug. 1992 where it has a very good explanation of the creep phenomena.
