While duplicating elements, the error "Insufficient space..Duplication cancelled.." popped. What can be the reasons behind such error? Please guide.

Just check whether the node numbers were beyond 32000, as in caesar the node numbers are ranging from 1 to 32000.

How many elements do you have in the model?

Currently there are around 1000 elements and I have to add 7000 more elements. Till 6000 elements, system worked fine, but then I got the above message when i tried adding last 2000 elements. Also note that, my model is symmetric and hence i was duplicating a set of elements. Moreover, my highest node currently is 2600. I was aware of the 32000 node number limit and hence chose node increment accordingly.

Go To the Configuration and increase the amount of RAM allocated to the software. Just double what you have now, you don't need to go to a huge number.

The default memory allocation does permit about 6000 elements, so this makes sense. You can see the permitted number of items while in the Piping Input. Scroll the "auxiliary tabs" to the top, to "Model Status". This will show you how many items you have in the model and how many are permitted based on your RAM allocation.
