Although CAESAR II does not display nodal velocity, with harmonic analysis you can calculate it. If x=Asinwt, v=wAcoswt. W is your forcing frequency (in radians) and A is your maximum resultant nodal displacement. CAESAR II selects the phase angle to report that gives the largest nodal resultant displacement. What you have to do is have CAESAR II report the phase angle based on the node of interest. You do this at the end of the harmonic analysis.
