I am trying to compare Pipe Supports Tags from Fabrication Database (using AVEVA PDMS) with Stress Analyst support recommendations so as to find any discrepancy.

Now since we mark our comments on the Stress ISO itself, which is supposed to be taken care by Design Team, but is there any method by which i can add my "comments/recommendation" in the CAESAR II itself while modelling against the Restraint Node and then generation a report for the same from CAESAR II.

I am talking about general pipe support comments like "Special Guide Gap, Support Not to Rest, Towing Support etc)

At this moment - "no". However, once CAESAR II Version 10.00 (2018) is released the answer will be "yes". We have added a "restraint tag" field which can be used for this type of notation.
