I have a confusion in API 610, when I order API 610 Pump with Allowable load of table 5 times by factor 2 and load is still greater than 2 allowable loads in table 5 , can I apply annex F ? or annex F only Allowable load in table 5 without any factor?

For first case, is it possible to contact your vendor and check the nozzle load is permissible?
Second one, if you use annex F, are the allowable nozz load satisfied?

Yes if I order pump with 2 allowable load of table 5 and apply annex F, the pump is pass and nozzle load is satisfied

Annex.F is not mandatory, also it could lead misalignment or casing damage. Contact your vendor to get approval using annex.F on 2 times of Table.5

Annex F is only capable if you're directly using Table 5 values without multiplier.
If you have ordered pumps to withstand 2xAPI loads, then Annex F is out of picture (because than your loads are 4 times).

Either reduce loads or get vendor's approval for higher loads.Obviously, cost will be in picture then.
