Hello,

I'm currenlty performing a dynamic analysis and everything goes ok, I mean, the processor runs with no errors and I can see that the output info is there.
But, and this happens only in my computer, when I click to see the output window to check the results it never shows. After 2-3 seconds I return to the start page.
My colleagues can run the model and see the output window so its clear that I have something different In my configuration.
Any idea?

Read this post and follow the instructions. I believe that will solve your problem. I have to complete that this incident is quite annoying and it occured for the latest CII 9.00 build too. I'm just surprised why nobody from Integraph brought any clarification to this subject.

I'm the Product Owner for CAESAR II. I wanted to see if I could collect some information from you both about this issue you are seeing. I am glad that you found a workaround to the issue, but we want to investigate and resolve the problem. I assume you have not spoken to Technical Support previously, but if you have please let me know and if you've filed a support request with us.

Please email me your operating system and version you are using (my email is below). Dorin mentioned seeing the problem in both 8.0 and 9.0. Dorin, let me know if you were using the lastest hotfix (HF2) for that version.

Our Support Manager is out of the office this week, but I can have someone on our development team look into the issues you have seen. If you can share any other details about the steps you took when you saw the problem, that will help as well.

Try setting the memory in the configuration module to less than 1024 MB then try opening the output again.
