I'm the Product Owner for CAESAR II. I wanted to see if I could collect some information from you both about this issue you are seeing. I am glad that you found a workaround to the issue, but we want to investigate and resolve the problem. I assume you have not spoken to Technical Support previously, but if you have please let me know and if you've filed a support request with us.
Please email me your operating system and version you are using (my email is below). Dorin mentioned seeing the problem in both 8.0 and 9.0. Dorin, let me know if you were using the lastest hotfix (HF2) for that version.
Our Support Manager is out of the office this week, but I can have someone on our development team look into the issues you have seen. If you can share any other details about the steps you took when you saw the problem, that will help as well.
