Check the temperature defined on your input with the material data.

I have already checked all items.
this material with same temperature rang in other file doesn't have any problem.

There is more than one material property set for several ofthe listed items. They are for a specific Code application or more generic use.

Perhaps you are addressing the wrong entry for essentially the same material ?

Also check the value you have specified for "ambient".

Is this a material shipped in the CAESAR II Material Database, or is this a "user added" material. If the later case, make sure you obtain the proper UMAT1.UMD file from the originator of the file.

We are getting same error message for B444 Alloy 625, Error 60E when the temperature is 250 degree F and should be in the data base.

Rich,

I'm getting the same results, but I'm at 1200°F, the maximum temperature per B31.3. I've modified the material database to include the coefficient of thermal expansion for both the B31.3 material and all codes, but I'm still getting error 60E. How do I run B444-625 @ 1200°F?

I just had the same issue with material #392 (B444 N06625) at 122degC.

In the special execution options, I changed my ambient from 21degC to 21.1444degC and the error is gone.

I actually made a mistake trying to match the material database entry for ambient properties, which is under 21.114degC. But that number gives the same error.

Seems like a glitch in CAESAR II.

Hello,

Is there any answer for this issue? because I also experience an error for B444 UNS N06625 at 105 C (Ambient temp = 7C).
