I have been using WRC 107 method to check nozzles against given external nozzle loads. But this method does not include flange calculation. I know pv elite suggests calculation of BODY FLANGES.
Does anyone know how to carry out stress calculation of NOZZLE FLANGE with PV Elite??
In my case it is required.

Normally when flanges are attached to nozzles, no analysis of the flange is done in PV Elite. However, it is possible to perform the analysis on a flange that is attached to a nozzle. I have sent you an email detailing the method, because it is a little to involved to write the instructions in this forum.

Could u please share those instruction to us also, Because now a days ASME interpretation calls to check nozzle flanges for Nozzle loading.

If it is possible in PV ELite, then we can do during first modelling itself.
