When trying to access the underground pipe modeler the app crashes and will not open. Any suggestions?

A little more information would be very helpful.
Is this your first attempt at the buried pipe modeler?
Do you have an existing "unburied" model that you wish to bury?
etc.

I just installed the 2016 version of CAESAR II. I have been using CAESAR II for about 2 years and have buried multiple models. The model I wish to bury is existing. I thought it may be an issue with that particular model so I opened another model and tried to access the buried pipe modeler, it still crashed.

1) Verify you have "write" permission to your data directory.
2) Verify that the job files are not "write protected".

3) When does the crash occur - as soon as you start the buried pipe modeler, or sometime later when entering data?

You really need to file a Support Request on Smart Support for this issue. If I knew what the problem and resolution to this was, I would tell you.

The crash occurs immediately. I am going to have my IT re-install the program. If this continues to occur I will file a support request.
