In our calculation, we used Expansion bellow in a line which is skewed in all the three directions (Please refer attached image). In order to design the bellow we need to give displacements and rotations on both ends of the Expansion bellow.Since, bellow is skewed we need local displacements for "from" and "to" nodes of the bellow. Is there any option in CAESAR to get local displacements?

Try the expansion joint rating program. It's in the Analysis group. It will pull in your skewed XJ from your input and output and show local movements.
