Unfortunately that is a generic crash message which only indicates which module crashed.

Please open a Support Request on Smart Support and send in the model files, as well as the details of your environment (Windows version, CAESAR II version, etc).

For DYNOUT2.EXE error, I use to increase the memory allocation in configuration file upto 512 MB. Problem gets resolved. You too can try and see the effect.
