I have analyzed a few towers using PV Elite, I found a problem.I was different from the results of software calculation.
for example:

= 114.63 mm

Calculated Moment of Inertia (I):
= (At * Yt^(2) + TOPWTH^(3) * TTA / 12 + As * Ys^(2) +
Hs^(3) * Ts / 12 + Ab * Yb^(2) + Hb^(3) * Tb / 12) -
Mtotal^(2) / Atotal
= (3900.00 * 150.00^(2) + 130.00^(3) * 30.00/12 + 2657.07 * 80.00^(2) +
265.71^(3) * 10.00/12 + 6450.00 * 107.50^(2) + 215.00^(3) * 30.00/12 ) -
1490940^(2)/13007.07
= 38753916.00 mm^4


it(38753916) is wrong

Who can explain? thank you in advance for any help.

Could you kindly include the PV Elite file. I need it do go through the calculation myself. It is difficult to see numbers in isolation. Alternatively, you could raise a service request using out eCustomer support system. In the request, you could ask that it be directed to me.
