I have following query regarding PV-Elite Saddle Analysis calculation.

1. When we add FX and FZ force PV-Elite performs following calculation. But I notice force FZ is added with wind transverse force Ft but in case of longitudinal Fl, PV-Elite takes as max of FL or friction load or Fx force. I want to know logic why there is difference of consideration for FZ and FX.

Saddle Reaction Force due to Wind Ft [Fwt]: = Ftr * ( Ft/Num of Saddles + Z Force Load ) * B / E = 3.00 * ( 7282.1/2 + 0 ) * 2000.0000/1620.0000 = 13485.3 kgf Saddle

Reaction Force due to Wind Fl or Friction [Fwl]: = max( Fl, Friction Load, Sum of X Forces) * B / Ls = max( 996.62 , 10891.37 , 0 ) * 2000.0000/8110.0000 = 2685.9 kgf

2. PV-Elite does not allow to add user defined moments for saddle anlysis with force and moment tool. What is reason logical reason for this or its just a program limitation?
