Why my configuration editor keeps on reseting automaticaly? Everytime I run the system then going back to Input spreadsheet, when I check the Configuration Editor the parameters I set before where gone and automatically reset in the default setting. What's the problem and what to do?

If the configuration file is setted as "read only", you are still able to modify it, , but when you re-open itafter saving, you will find the "old" configuration file.
