can u explain me what is loop closer tolerance & Occasional load factor.

1st one, you can find that on the user guide CAESAR II has. At CAESAR II's main window, go to Help, and find User's Guide.

2nd one, that is a factor that increase the allowable values when you evaluate occasional loads. It is specified in ASME B31.1 or B31.3 etc...

The loop tolerance is the amount of error that will be accepted when you close a loop. For example, say you make a square 10-20-30-40-10, but on the 40-10 leg you're off by some amount.

If "some amount" is less than the "loop closure tolerance", the CAESAR II Error Checker will ignore the geometry error. If "some amount" is greater than the "loop closure tolerance", the CAESAR II Error Checker will report this as an error and you won't be able to analyze the model.
