The Nozzle Limit Check now found in the CAESAR II input (as opposed to the stand-alone API 610 check) requires the definition of a "reference axis" (B) with respect to the piping system's global coordinate system. A similar reference is established in that stand-alone processor as well.
These equipment checks are always with respect to a THEIR local coordinate system and that always has to be related, in some way, to the CAESAR II global coordinates. The local, piping system reports are with respect to the piping or restraints in the model so the program, of course, handles that translation directly.
